Q: What is a digital product? How will I receive my files? A: A digital product is a file (like a PDF) that you can download and print yourself. No physical item will be mailed to you. Immediately after your purchase is complete, you'll receive an email with a link to download your files.

Q: What software do I need? A: All our printables come in PDF format. You will need a free PDF reader like Adobe Acrobat Reader to open and print the files. Some of our planner bundles may also include files for use in digital planning apps like GoodNotes or Notability, which will be clearly stated in the product description.

Q: Can I share the file with my friend or small group? A: We kindly ask that you do not share the digital file. Your purchase includes a license for your personal use only. If you would like to use a resource for a small group, please contact us about a group licensing discount.

Q: Do you offer refunds? A: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and we cannot offer refunds. Please see our full Returns & Refunds Policy for more details.

Q: What kind of paper should I use for printing? A: For best results, we recommend using a slightly heavier paper (like 28-32 lb) for planners and journals to minimize ink bleed-through. For wall art, a matte cardstock or photo paper produces a beautiful finish.
